NEED A BOOST?
Booster sessions will be the missing element in your arsenal. You have been fending off all kinds of demands from 2020. It's time to up your game from survival to some thriving.
This offering is small, but mighty: 30 minutes. Thirty minutes to create a deep sense of connection with yourself, reconnection to the skills you used to build your life thus far, and reconnection to your community of fellow grads. You'll explore a new way of looking at skills and you'll leave with a roadmap for the next two weeks. Booster Sessions will get you believing in yourself and the power of community. Music will guide us through our time together so you can stay engaged and motivated.
Bring a massive helping of willingness because this is just the thing you need to level up and fill that COVID hole with some good stuff.
If you've completed an adherent DBT program, we fill the graduation void and support the continued development of your best self. Everyone can use a boost. Come on and get yours.

Carin Osvog, LPCC with 11 years of experience leading Stage 1 DBT groups and individual therapy, will lead us on this leg of the journey. The intention is to support your continued growth because we envision a world where people know better, ergo they do better by fostering empathy, kindness, and respect.
After graduating, DBT clients believe they have everything that they’ll need to keep building the life they want. I’ve learned there is something missing.
One year out, many clients talk about wanting a “refresher course” or some such. Three years out, some clients want to repeat the program. Wha?
Research proves that after spending over 200 hours in a year dedicated to learning and applying new ways of thinking, doing emotions, and making choices, turns out, clients believe they’re done learning.
The issue? M I N D S E T
You want to keep what you’ve worked so hard to gain. Boosters move you through the fog of not knowing where to begin to adopt a different mindset. Six 30 minute sessions to lead you through the fog with action steps driven by the skills you’ve worked so hard to internalize—we call them SkillStacks. I wonder how many people stop where they are—right where you are—just because they don’t want to enter into a fog. Don’t worry, I’ve got you. Let’s move through it together so you can keep becoming your best self.
